We want you to have a clear and transparent understanding of how shipping works at The Everygirl Shop.
Made-to-Order Production
All of our products are made to order. This means each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, production time occurs before shipping.
Production Time: 2–3 business days (may vary slightly during high-volume periods)
Shipping Time (Carrier Transit)
Shipping time refers to how long it takes the carrier to deliver your package after it has shipped. This does not include production time.
Estimated carrier transit times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after shipment
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after shipment
Selecting express shipping speeds up carrier transit only and does not bypass production time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method. In some cases, promotional shipping rates or free shipping options may apply.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates provided at checkout or by the carrier are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order has shipped, delivery timing is determined by the carrier.
Please note that during holidays or peak shipping seasons, carriers may experience delays due to high shipping volumes. These delays are outside of our control.
Order Changes & Rerouting
Once an order has entered production or shipped, we are unable to modify, cancel, or reroute the package.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
