Refund policy
You can start your request here.
We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, customers must submit a return request through our return form. Once submitted, all return requests are reviewed by our team before approval.
Please allow up to 15 business days from the date your return request is submitted for our team to review your request and send return instructions. While many requests are processed sooner, this review window allows our small team adequate time to carefully assess each request.
Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with return shipping instructions. After your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within approximately 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can alert us by filling out this form. Our team will review your provided information and follow up with next steps.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, your total order amount (minus shipping costs) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
